Ingredients: Apples, Wild Spring Nettle, Agave Nectar
Wild-harvested spring nettles are withered, hand-rolled to break the plant’s cell walls, and left to rest for a three-day oxidation under controlled conditions. This blackened and transformed nettle leaf is then introduced to an Agave nectar for a long steep. The slowly dropping temperature creates smoky, pineapple-forward characteristics. We awaken the cider from its slumber in the late spring to referment with the nettle concoction, creating something truly unique.
