This juice is pressed from organic NW apples in small batches. We press this juice on our custom built, rack and cloth press we call Dorothy. With 50 tons of pressure, Dorothy can press every bit of goodness resulting in deeper apple character and aroma. Real, pure juice. Made from a blend of delicious high quality organic apples and sparkled. That’s it! Sediment on the bottom is natural.
