The farmhouse series are rustic ciders that originate from single orchards comprised of wild heirloom apple trees. Fermentation begins with the juice of the first mature apple, then pressings are added throughout the season for a slowly built wild fermented cider. The Egglestons have meticulously un-brambled dozens of wild apple and pear trees over the years to support access for WildCraft to harvest. Loaded with unknown varieties this property is not only home to lesser known Oregon history but continues to grow new seed at an astounding rate.
