The concept of Premium comes from a thought of what WildCraft would taste like if it were only one product.. if all finished cider in our cellar was blended together. Premium is that snapshot.
While some cider takes longer to finish and some cider is aged in barrels, premium will evolve as the season progresses but always a snapshot of “what if?”
