Each season we forage apples from (some years) over 100 private properties and scattered wild and abandoned apple trees across public lands in which are committed to no spray. These 4 orchards held the prize fruit of the 2023 season.
Soft mouthfeel, aromatics of freshly cut ripe apple, mildly sweet finish. Great with roast veggies, leaner meals, or even with breakfast.
