Trinity is a medley of wines blended from commonly fermented pome fruits. Biodynamically cultivated here in the Willamette Valley, the three fruit wines are fermented separately and aged for 10 to 12 months. They are then blended and balanced to highlight the virtues of each fruit: apples for acid and tannins, quince for aromatics and mouthfeel, and pear for body and an additional touch of sweetness.
