In collaboration, WildCraft and PBS’ The Original Fare bring you a limited release of our 2016 vintage Elderberry Perry. Elderberries harvested from nearby mountain peaks are fermented whole with wild pear skins, then pressed and left to age for three months in American oak barrels. The resulting rich and earthy wine is blended with a true wild-fermented perry, producing a surprisingly bright, fruity, and balanced expression of our Oregon wilderness.
