This Poireau is a unique addition to our Pome-mistelle series, Offering a bold fermentation of some of the Willamette Valley’s richest ingredients, pears, figs and walnuts. A carefully aged pear wine introduced with blotted green walnuts, fermented fig wine and dehydrated figs in various stages, over the course of four years to bring a full spectrum flavor profile. Soft and creamy pear is balanced with striking walnut tannins and a deep lasting finish of dehydrated figs. A rich embodiment of high quality Willamette Valley abundance, hand harvested and patient process.
