Willamette Valley harvested blackberries allowed to ferment into blackberry wine on skin. Blended with wild fermented cider from an array of heirloom apple varieties, and left to cold condition with a house blend of "gin" botanicals for a cocktail with complex flavors and robust aromatics. Fall hikes fermented for spring enjoyment. We are thankful to re-release this small batch-seasonal to enliven your palate.
