Each of the Single Varietal Series highlights feral and untamed orchards developing specific wild yeast cultures that host expression of not only the apple but the land. This offering is built from a classic and abundant Willamette Valley settler varietal, Gravenstein. Seasonally pressed from late summer windfalls gathered in Lane and Linn County homesteads. When left to naturally ferment results in a bright and spicy finished cider reminiscent of farmhouse style straw-filtered fresh apple juice.
