This Imperial hopped cider is crafted to honor the great history of Willamette Valley hop farming. It uses Cluster, the aromatic hop varietal popular with turn-of-the-century homesteaders, which lends a bitter herbaceous taste to the finished cider. High-sugar apples are wild fermented and aged for an entire year before slowly refermenting with a hop-infused agave syrup. Unlike many hopped beverages, this cider improves with age.
