Our Pommeau is a carefully handcrafted, traditional dessert cider for the most special occasions. This complex, rich, and apple-forward sippable is made from a hand-selected variety of rare heirloom Bittersharp apples that we age over the course of five years in American, French, and Hungarian neutral oak barrels. Delicate notes of spiced brandy compliment a round mouthfeel and soft tannins. Mimicking classic French pommeaus, this cider makes a delicious final course when paired with blue cheese
