Our Pommeau is a carefully handcrafted, traditional dessert cider for the most special occasions. This complex, rich, and apple-forward sippable is made from a hand-selected variety of rare heirloom Bittersharp apples that we age over the course of three years in American, French, and Hungarian neutral oak barrels. Delicate notes of spiced brandy and baked peaches compliment a round mouthfeel and soft tannins. Mimicking classic French pommeaus, this cider makes a delicious final course when paired with blue cheese
