Cider made from an unusual planting of ancient apple genetics by way of Russian settlers in Oregon sometime in the mid-1700s. Very grippy yet apple forward dry cider with more body than usual for tannin rich fruit. Great accompaniment for foods with heavier fat content, like pungent cheeses, pork, or sweet potato dishes.
