Mirabelles are a specialty plum from the Lorraine region of France, prized for their full flavor and high sugar content. These plums were biodynamically grown in our neighboring Lorane Valley, skin-fermented with wild yeasts, and then aged to make a fruit wine. The wine is then blended with cider crafted from Granny Smith, Melrose and Honeycrisp apples. Expect a full-bodied cider with rich, jammy flavor.
