A newly evolved rendition of a WildCraft favorite! Rosa Rugosa, also known as the Beach Rose is a prolific and deeply flavorful rose that is found on beach and estuaries edges.  We plucked the petals of these wild roses, which were then sun dried and conditioned in the most simply composed cider we have in the cellar for a long, cold extraction. The results are lightly floral, richly flavored with delicate sweet notes of apple. Welcome Wild Rose Rugosa!
