Yarrow, a special and deeply fragrant botanical that is abundant and immensely useful in a wide variety of applications. Also a favorite of ours to forage. In the case of this cider, yarrow brings body, sweetness and a touch of herbal pungent. This lemon-like cider is brought to life by vibrant ginger aroma and mild spice from smashed and cold steeped ginger root, and a floral body and botanical depth from coastal yarrow flower heads.
